Clifford StollCERF+ conducts and disseminates research surveys that document the impact of CERF+ emergency relief assistance, key economic and demographic factors about the careers of craft artists, and trends and needs within the crafts field. CERF+ uses this information to shape programs, planning, and advocacy efforts.
