Please review CERF+’s eligibility and guidelines before submitting an application, and contact us if you have questions (relief@craftemergency.org).
You may submit an application via our secure online application or by mail using one of the printable applications below. We encourage you to use the secure online application, even if you must mail or fax some of your documentation. However, printing and reviewing the guidelines and the application before filling out the online application is helpful. Also, please note that the online application allows for attaching files or providing links to your supporting documentation and images.
